Take Back Modelling

This project examined the current state of Value Retention Processes (VRPs) within a whitegoods company, identified key parameters and developed a model for the client to evaluate the financial feasibility of a take-back scheme under various conditions. As part of the products development we evaluated the feasibility of a take back scheme for the client’s smart appliances, which has led to further exploration of the concept by the client.
